The System Sucks Stole My Idea!!!

Cartoon Characters on Facebook Spreading Child Abuse Awareness

Cartoon characters are plastered across the Internet. It's a light hearted attempt to spread awareness about a heavy issue. Child Abuse Awareness Month isn't until April, but folks across the country - and right here in the Basin - are using the cartoons to put this tough topic in focus.

Note: I've been doing this for a while.

  1. Yep they did take your idea LOL...
Hope no one gets in trouble because of copyright laws!

"According to CASA, in our region, in 2009 there were more than 2,500 victims of child abuse."

How many of those cases were labeled neglect though? As in, we are taking her children no matter what so lets just write neglect because we really don't have anything substantial.sssshhhh like the dr. diagnosing me with Fibromyalgia because they don't know what's really wrong? The mystery disease...it's called being a "self pay"patient in my case.

  2. Actually "ideas" in themselves are not Copyright..ie (b) In no case does copyright protection for an original work of authorship
extend to any idea, procedure, process, system, method of operation, concept,
principle, or discovery, regardless of the form in which it is described, explained,
illustrated, or embodied in such work.

However, FaceBook could get into trouble for allowing Cartoon Characters being posted.
