Russia to mind US foster parents of Russian children
The fifth and – one may already say it with certainty – final round of long talks between Russia and the US to work out reciprocal laws on child adoption is finally over. The document that regulates the procedure of adopting Russian children by American citizens is now fully reconciled. Russia’s Children’s Ombudsman Pavel Astakhov assures that it will be signed in late December or in early January.
