R.I. Supreme Court orders ACLU, Family Court to mediation
The Rhode Island Supreme Court has ordered mediation to begin Jan. 12 to resolve a class-action lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union and its Rhode Island affiliate against officials who run the state Family Court's truancy court program.
