‘Courts have discretion on who is put on register’

You should also not be put on a child abuse registry when you haven't seen a judge to tell the truth about what happened, nor should an OPINIONATED case worker be allowed to put your name on a child abuse registry and your name should not be on a registry if DCS dimisses your case AFTER you have proved your innocence and that is why they dismiss (but they don't tell the judge that)
