DCFS Struggles With Placing LGBT Foster Kids
(KCPW News) The Utah Division of Child and Family Services often cares for youth in the foster care system that identify as gay or transgender. But the agency doesn’t have a practice model for LGBT kids or the issues that may arise due to their sexual orientation or gender identity. KCPW’s Whittney Evans reports.
