Plan for Poca not as promised



For three months the KING 5 Investigators have exposed flaws in the state's child welfare system that put the life of a little foster girl nicknamed Poca in limbo. Top state officials told KING 5 they were finally going to allow Poca to be adopted in hopes of giving her a permanent, stable home. But that's not what's happening. KING 5's Susannah Frame reports.

Stories like this truly hit home since I am experiencing the same thing. Federal laws governing the CPS system are what need to change so that the entire system can be overhauled and made better. How can that change take place? How do we change the laws?
