Looking at Each State's CPS offices
Have you ever just googled Child Protective Services? What kind of cases would you see? Two particular stories caught my eye. They discuss who holds CPS agencies accountable. Truthfully how are they held accountable? When social workers for the state are caught making bad decisions involving human lives, many times their unions cover their butts and get their jobs back. Is a union good for human service organizations? If the proof is undisputable, a union is not good for a human social service organization. However, what about private industry working for a governmental organization? Are they covered as well? I do not believe that they fall under the same category.
