Jack Straw eases family court reporting restrictions

Rules preventing the media from reporting what happens in family courts are to be eased, the justice secretary, Jack Straw, announced today .

I am happy that Jack Straw, has proposed to relax reporting restrictions relating to journalists in the Family Courts.
On a personal basis, i would not be happy for a Journalist to see psychological reports, or other Medical Files, held on Court Documentation about myself.
