Teen, 19, charged with child abuse after allegedly kicking girl at high school
A 19-year-old Manitowoc teen has been charged with felony child abuse after he allegedly kicked a 16-year-old girl three times in her right shin outside the Lincoln High School cafeteria Oct. 28, according the criminal complaint filed Tuesday.
