The abuse and traumatization of children strikes a chord in our society, resonating with our innate parental sensibilities and perpetuating a vicious cycle that results in poor outcomes in adolescence, adulthood and beyond. DR. PHIL [NOVEMBER 10, 2015]: CUSTODY BATTLE: POISON IN ICE CREAM, CHILD WRAPPED IN GARBAGE BAG

The most common reason for a false accusation of child abuse is one parent trying to get the upper hand in a custody battle.  And this dumb bitch wants CPS involved so that she can try to use them to her advantage against the father.

Usually I think Dr Phil is full of shit but he got it right this time.

Dr. Phil offers polygraph and drug tests to Joey and his ex-wife, Sandra, who accuses him of abuse, neglect and inappropriate conduct with their two young daughters.

Attn: Pelletier Family, Including Lou and Justina

Be careful who you form alliances with.  Some of these idiots will use you for their own agendas. Michelle Bachmann, for example, is a CPS loving former foster parent who likes to put herself on that holier than thou pedestal.  I'm sure you've given her the opportunity to reminisce.

Justina Pelletier Goes To D.C. To Lobby For Research Bill

Justina Pelletier traveled to Washington, D.C., Wednesday to advocate for a bill named in her honor.

Pelletier, 16, spent 16 months at the center of a widely publicized custody battle between her family and the State of Massachusetts. She returned to her West Hartford home on June 18.
-----
I'm kind of getting the same feeling from this that I got when Lou Pelletier went on the Dr. Phil show.  Dr Phil by the way, is a total system suck spokesperson for the CASA puppets.

You are not the only victim of CPS, yet you're allowing these people to act as if you are.

Dr. Phil Interviews Justina Pelletier Family on Day of Court Case

The father and sisters of Justina Pelletier, the Connecticut teenager who has been held by the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF) for more than a year, will appear on the Dr. Phil show tomorrow. The interviews coincide with a court hearing during which the Pelletier family will continue their fight to regain custody of the 15-year-old who is desperately ill and confined to a wheelchair. It is thought that Judge Joseph Johnston will make his final custody ruling tomorrow. A rally is also planned for the day of the case, as well as a TweetStorm to spread awareness of her plight tonight.

Note: Dr Phil is a system suck.  He is doing this because it's the hot story of the week which will help to boost his ratings.

Dr. Phil on Baby Veronica: He Just Doesn’t Get It

Dr. Phil either gets it or he doesn’t. After viewing a recent episode of his show that featured the perspective of adoptive parents in the “battle over Baby Veronica,” it is clear to me that he doesn’t get it.

NICWA responds to Dr. Phil's coverage of S.C. ICWA case

On October 18, 2012, the Dr. Phil show aired an episode that focused on a disputed custody case involving an American Indian child, Veronica. The case pits a loving father’s attempts to parent his daughter against a non-Indian couple from South Carolina–the Capobiancos–and their attorneys who orchestrated an illegal attempt to adopt Veronica. The National Indian Child Welfare Association (NICWA) is gravely disappointed in the heavy slant toward the Capobiancos’ recounting of the situation and interpretation of the legal issues in the case.
