If Oregonians were expecting to see problems in the state's foster care system disappear overnight, they're in for a disappointment. As the Department of Human Services' July report on child welfare demonstrates, some things are improving; others, not so much.

there is nothing improving I cannot find my grandson I had kinship of him after my mom passed and Oregon can't find him I'm desperate I don't know what to do
ReplyDeletemy mom had custody of my grandson she passed away and I got kinship of him and Oregon lost him him and his aunt got in a fight he just turned 18 he was only 16 they sent him out of state I don't know where he's at help me somebody!!!!
