Russian mother desperately fights for her abused children in Norway

Russian mother desperately fights for her abused children in Norway

The story of Russian citizen Irina Bergseth (maiden name Frolova), who claimed that her Norwegian husband committed sex crimes against their 4-year-old son, received a dramatic development. Norwegian child protection agencies took Irina's two children away from her claiming that Irina was a mentally unstable individual. Irina presented medical assessment reports proving the opposite, but the agencies refuse to accept the documents. Irina's younger son has already been delivered to his father in spite of the fact that the woman accused him of pedophilia. As for the woman's elder son, a Russian citizen, it is possible that the boy will be accommodated in an orphanage.

  1. I am active in a large informal Network in Norway, including several Network Sites, working on Human Rights and Children’s and their Families Rights. This story is not unique! The Norwegian Government often criticize Russia and other "Eastern European" countries for suppressing Human Rights, while our Networks long and intensive investigation, reveals that Norway, Sweden, UK and USA, are much worse Social Racists compared to the countries they often criticize!

Among all my friends in Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Polen and Ukraina - most of them very well educated and competent, they now all claim what's going on in Norway, should be brought to the Board of the United Nations for appropriate action as Norway not even try to rectify the racist violation to the Human Rights Conventions. Numerous Children and Parents are canvased for the rest of their life, suffering post traumatic results!

We just recently had another incident where a Polish Family in Norway had their daughter taken away by the "Children’s Care", where after a professional Polish private Investigator had to "kid-nap" the daughter and successfully unite the family in Poland.

It is my and all my colleagues sincere hope that Russia and Poland formally demand an explanation from the Norwegian Prime Minister himself!

    Regards from a Quality Auditor

This is by far the most ridiculous posting I have read in a long time.
Norwegian authorities, as authorities in all other countries should intervene if there is suspicion of abuse towards children. First rule is to take the child out of the situation, investigate and then find solution to the best of the child. If parents won't participate in meetings or help to change the situation to the better, it's indeed a problem. No matter how much such stories runs in the press, the authorities would never and should never participate in discussing the case in the press. This means that the story will only be enlighten from one side of the parties, which any person with a little knowledge would understand.
As far as I know, no parents would ever admit to any wrongdoing and will always have the power to manipulate the child to tell lies or participate in a cover story.

That said, when a child has been taken out of the situation (possible saved), the next step is to call the parents to meetings, and to try to make an environment that is the best for the child. Unfortunately what's best for the child doesn't always comply with what the parents feel. The child comes first.
In your reply to this case, you claim that this is typical Norwegian behavior. I really hope so. If it's any question of abuse, take the child out of the situation and try to discover what's going on.
Do you really mean they should close their eyes for it and hope for the best? I think there are thousand of cases which suggests otherwise.
I never herd about a abusing parent admitting to have beated a child. When they use more energy to avoid meeting with the authorities, clarify and solve the situation, maybe the authorities did the right thing? If everything is ok, the child will be given back to the parents. It's not more difficult than that.
Your self claimed participation in a large informal network sounds just ridiculous. What network are you talking about? A support group for parents who lost their children to the Norwegian authorities?

  3. @ Anonymous: You are obviously unaware of fraud committed by child welfare agencies worldwide.
