Rate of Welsh children being taken into care increases by 10%
THE number of Welsh children being taken into care has rocketed 10% in the past year as the effects of the Baby Peter scandal continue to be felt, figures obtained by Wales on Sunday reveal today.
Note: One bad apple spoils the whole bunch. One kid dies, the media exploits it, the normal people go off, and bam a 10% increase in child snatchings.
