More on Presuppositions and Political and Moral Superiority

So, yesterday, I posted a link to an article and video about Minnesota Representative Michelle Bachmann. Then last night, I came a cross an article which set me off to do a post about presuppositions and brainwashing from an article about giving duffel bags to foster kids. Then the relationship clicked this morning.

This is something that has been bothering me for a while but it also seems to be an emerging political pattern that I think needs to be pointed out, especially since there are a few out there who are lobbying for family rights and endorsing candidates who are supportive of parental rights.

We really need to take a look at the way society views this issue. We need to understand how and why society has the general understanding of child abuse and neglect and the Child Protective Industry, and the Foster Care System that it does. And we need to attack that belief system through advertising campaigns, through sharing information with others. We need to understand why Michelle Bachmann is able to use her time as a foster contractor as a character reference. We need to understand why it is politically beneficial for System Suck Senators like Susan Collins from Maine who is able to use her support for the child protective industry as an election year photo opportunity for free advertising in the mainstream media.

State Senator Nancy Schaefer of Georgia wrote a report that was highly critical of CPS and it killed her political career.

Then she was murdered.

Arizona Senator John McCain is able to use the fact that he is an adoptive parent to propel himself into being viewed as morally righteous.

You see people, political candidates are able to use their support and experience with the Child Protective Industry as a character reference, based on the presupposition that the people, whose understanding of the issues of child abuse and neglect and foster care, etc, view those involved with the system as somehow morally superior to the rest of us.

Candidates who use their support for family rights, die.

Why? Because the mainstream media has become society's # 1 teacher. And that's what they teach.

God Told Bachmann To Protect Medicaid Fraud In Foster Care

Time to get with the program people.
