Wow this beats anything I have ever seen.Let me get this right,the mother gave permission so the officer who has a badge knowing what ill effects this can cause listens to an apparent whacked out parent giving him permission to injure her child.And how is it this jackass has a badge at all?What are we releasing on to the public in the form of a uniform here?This officer is only suspended at this point?There should be no suspension he should face jail time for assaulting this kid and the mother should be tasered and locked up right along side of him.This is exactly why CPS thrives because of a few lunatics like her and then suddenly the rest of us are scrambling for cover to protect our parental rights.I wonder if the mother told him to shoot her child would he have done that too?
