Inquest into the death of three-year-old Savannah Hall

Savannah Hall's death in late January 2001 was preventable, Dr. Robert Reece, an expert in pediatric medicine, said during the fourth day of a coroner's inquest Thursday.

Savannah was found unresponsive in her foster-care home in Prince George on Jan. 24, 2001, and died in B.C. Children's Hospital two days later.
