King's County Family Court judge rules that unfounded abuse report can't be entered into evidence
King's County Family Court judge, Bryanne Hamill, in a decision dated August 19, 2009, refused to allow New York City's Administration for Children Services to enter an unfounded child abuse report into evidence at a 1028 hearing. The judge, however, ruled that the Administration for Children Services (ACS) could enter testimony as to its investigation of the unfounded report.
