Would you please ask all of your followers on Legally Kidnapped to start calling WMUR again at 603-641-9000 or 603-641-9003. It seems they have renegged on doing a story on Austin. I surmise they are worried about confidentiality, yet DCYF already broke confidentiality when they advertised Austin for adoption like a dog in a dog pound.
We need help. Austin was placed in a foster home six weeks ago, as told to us by his stepfather. He also told us Nashua DCYF is letting the foster strangers adopt him immediately, which is against the law. Adoption isn't supposed to take place until the child is in the foster home six months. But since when does DCYF follow the law? They don't! I have filed a petition challenging the adoption, but like all the rest of my petitions and motions it will most probably be denied. Pro-Se litigants don't stand a chance in NH and hiring a Lawyer is impossible. We just don't have the finances. If we did, he and his cousin would have already been home.I will never give up this fight and I'll never give up on bringing DCYF down. Please help us save Austin. He needs to come home.
