Guardian ad litems could never represent the best interest of the child compare with a loving parent.
My case is simple, my son is kidnapped, through the persons who are also murder suspects of my father in a fraud that exceeds 35 million dollars.
I been denied Due Process and serious retaliation against me and my family.
My son, abducted at 8 months old.
The evidence was around 3000 documents in court, and the Guardian ad litem claim it was to much to review, yet, issue a reprot based on perjuries of the mother that were proven in the evidence.
See it this way, a GUardian Ad Litem will spend maybe a total of maybe 20 hours, late´s say if lucky, 80 hours, yet, he will change the life of the child and the father forever.
The Guardian ad litem talk to me one hour total
6 hours with the mother and her family
and saw three hours the baby total
Such unfairness and lack of duty, will affect forever the life of the child and the father.
