Woman arrested for toddler's death to be released from jail
The woman accused of killing a child at the Colorful Kids Pre-School in Chandler is being released from jail after the County Attorney's office said it does not have enough information to file charges against her.
Chandler police initially arrested Candelaria Bradford, 48, on January 13, 2009. They accused her of second- degree murder for her connection to the death of Lena Moreno, 2.
