Child welfare agency protests too much
The facts are the facts. Children and Youth is a very needed agency but it must do its job correctly. Part of that would be to welcome comments and see where improvements can be made. Again I invite the advisory board and any others out there to a public forum at my cost to debate this issue; (570) 424-3549. Children are endangered and we're not providing them with proper help. Revolving members of the advisory board and giving them some real power would be a good beginning. I attended one meeting and the person in charge did not know how many members were needed for a quorum.
