Four missing foster children found this past week
Four children previously listed on the Department of Human Services Missing Children Web site were reported found this past week. Four may not seem like a lot, but it is when you consider that the number of children on the list has steadily dropped since the beginning of this year, agency officials said.
Note: Could someone please explain to me why any child would want to run away from foster care?
