Mom gets arrested while celebrating dropped DCFS case
A North Riverside woman feeling celebratory because the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services had dropped an investigation against her, began drinking vodka and endangered her infant boy at the Chicago-Summit border Saturday, Chicago Police said.
