Rejected adoptee isn't the only one
Matt was 18 months old when a Tennessee couple adopted him from Russia.
Not long after he arrived, the boy seemed distant. He barely spoke. Later, his parents learned he was severely autistic, an outcome they never bargained for when they brought home the little blond boy with the vivid blue eyes.
