Currently, in the state of Michigan, those that are mandated reporters of child abuse are doctors, social workers, teachers and emergency room personal. There is a movement that has reached Lansing that would add court-appointed special advocates to this list.
An advocate’s job is to keep a watchful eye over children in foster care who run a risk of being in an abusive situation. As of now, if they do uncover that a child is being abused, they do not have to report the situation.
Note: But that would put them at odds with the agencies of which they are total stooges for.

The Dr Phil SystemSuckology Special - Falsely Accused Parents being spun off into an hour long CASA Commercial
I love you all dearly, but if I see one more person put even the slightest ray of hope or faith into Dr Phil after this, I will personally vomit. He's got his agenda and I'm sure he's paid well to preach the Imperialistic Morality Parade to the stupid who watch him on a regular basis.
Dr Phil, however is a bought and sold system suck who doesn't give a rats ass about you. This episode of his show, which I'm about to show you, pretty much sums it up.
Now I watched this show through, via these six clips. The two stories of falsely accused parents are hard hitting. The first one is a clear over-reaction thanks to the idiotic moralistic crap which is forced upon us by others. For example, watch how he gives airtime to the opinions of the self-righteous hypocrites who think that they should have a right to tell us what we can and can't do and how we should raise our own kids.
In my opinion, this mother did nothing wrong. And it's none of your business if you think she did. Get a life people. It was more harmful to take the kids away than anything she did, especially after watching their mother get dragged off in handcuffs just because some asshole had a problem with something she did when they were doing nothing but preforming a random act of kindness by giving to the Salvation Army so that some money that her kids collected would go to those less fortunate.
I do realize that the world is full of stupid ignoramuses like the arresting officer and the regular viewers of the Dr Phil show, and that we should feel sorry for them to a point as their stupidity makes them venerable to being taken advantage of, but I also honestly believe there comes a time when somebody needs to have some common sense bitch slapped into them. Not only that, but Dr Phil doesn't even ask the question of any of these people, "Who the hell are you to criticize me?" What makes you so much better based on your unfavorable opinion of anything you think?
The next part goes into the case of a mother who was not only falsely accused but wrongfully convicted of the murder of her daughter. This clearly demonstrates just how badly society is out for blood. I've often believed that as long as somebody pays for the crime guilt or innocence doesn't matter as society is happy and convinced that justice is served because the television told them so. Then again, after my own personal experience, I have little faith in the justice system because that light was YELLOW!
This case is painful, and my heart goes out to the family.
Listen very carefully to the very first thing this woman says in this next clip. She is talking about being convicted in the court of public opinion. Kind of like Casey Anthony, where the lynch mobs who disagree with the court verdict for whatever reason.
I think that an awful lot is said there. It's a problem that any parent who is accused of abuse faces. And it's thanks to those who crave this kind of an emotional fix and feel important when they have something like this to go off on. The truth doesn't matter, just what they saw on TV.
I am really impressed with her son. The way he talks about his time in the foster care system is priceless.
But watch Dr Phil spin it off into an hour long commercial for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates).
"Get involved with CASA and help a kid." Don't worry about the thousands of kids with CASA Puppets who still manage to fall through the cracks, age out onto the streets with nothing, etc.
The CASA puppet I had to deal with was a total stooge for the agency who flip flopped her position every time she talked to someone different. So I'm really not impressed with some wanna be system suck who is looking for a way to make herself feel good by thinking that she's a hero for helping a kid when she's really so easily manipulated by masterful liars such as CPS Agents and therefore carrying out the orders of the beast without question while believing that she's got the slightest skill of an independent thinker.
Tell me those aren't the words of a System Suck. Do you think the two women in this particular episode of the Dr Phil show would agree with this mentality? How about the countless parents who can't see their kids for whatever reason when they haven't done anything wrong or those who are sitting in jail for a crime they did not commit?
This show does nothing for the plight of the falsely accused of anything. It only goes on to glorify the useless by making it look like a solution. On top of that, Dr Phil gives the falsely accused advice which I totally don't agree with, telling you to cooperate when there is no real reason to do so.

"Especially important is the warning to avoid conversations with the demon. We may ask what is relevant but anything beyond that is dangerous. He is a liar. The demon is a liar. He will lie to confuse us. But he will also mix lies with the truth to attack us. The attack is psychological, Damien, and powerful. So don't listen to him. Remember that - do not listen."And with that in mind, I present to you via the miracle of somebody who made it available on YouTube the highly anticipated Dr Phil Parents Falsely Accused show.

More Symbolic Psycho-Social Conditioning From The Child Protective Industry In The Aftermath Of The Penn State Sex Abuse Hysteria Scandal
Happy Thanksgiving btw. And if you are one of them idiots who is gonna be up at some ungodly hour of the morning busting down the doors of some retail establishment like a flock of starving vultures then the Indiana Child Protective Industry wants you to wear blue in an effort to increase awareness about child abuse. Yes folks! Please give up all your happy memories and think of kids getting raped because Jerry Sandusky was arrested and Penn State is under investigation and because of that every other kid is in danger.
Wear blue on Black Friday for child abuse prevention
As shoppers begin planning their Black Friday shopping strategy, the Indiana Dept. of Child Services (DCS) is encouraging Hoosiers to wear blue as they hit the stores. The national attention the Penn State child sex abuse case has received has caused state child welfare agencies, child advocate organizations and concerned Americans around the country to raise awareness about the child abuse problem in this country. Since 1989, the color blue has been worn during Child Abuse Prevention Month in April as a reminder about the bruises too many innocent children endure.

Children Pay for Crack Down on Illegal Immigrants
Children Pay for Crack Down on Illegal Immigrants
In recent years Americans have engaged in fervent debate about our national policies on illegal immigration. We worry about lost jobs, crime, and the cost of illegal immigration nationally and in local communities. We argue about whether immigration should be addressed federally and whether the hardnosed policies of states like Arizona and Alabama have it all right or are dead wrong. Whether we decry illegal immigration or unsafe and exploitative employment, many of us applaud when a raid shuts down a worksite that employs illegal immigrants. But seldom, if ever, do we talk about what happens to the children of illegal immigrants -- children who have broken no laws, who come home from school to find their parents gone. Seldom do we stop to imagine what it might feel like if our children had to worry -- even for a moment -- whether they will ever see us again.

Nightmares to deal with stuff I won't entertain during the day
Today marks 16 months since CD joined our family. I will never forget reading Rebecca of Fosterhood's blog when her foster daughter went back to her mother at the 15 month mark. I remember thinking that I never want to be in that position. I could only imagine her pain at losing a child that she had once thought she would likely adopt. Here we are at 16 months, expecting that adoption is the likely outcome when we are still far from it being a foregone conclusion to this story.

I've been following this blog...
I've been following this blog which is the blog of a foster mother who had to give the kid back to the real mother. This was devastating to her, but those posts are way back in the archives. Since the reunification, the real mother has allowed this foster mother continued contact with the kid. At the same time, this mother is being bashed and criticized on a blog by a person who lives a higher standard for every little move she makes...
http://fosterhood.tumblr.com/post/13155255188/how-the-hell-was-i-supposed-to-know-that-jackets
And she's scheming to get her hands back on the kid...
http://fosterhood.tumblr.com/post/12211648391/one-good-note
I would urge anybody who knows this kid to notify the mother of this blog and of this foster mother's scheme, as well as the states Attorney General's office in regards to her violations of confidentiality laws. However, I doubt that will happen.

And this is why foster caregivers should not have a say, because a foster parent who grows attached to your child can be a real nightmare.

DCF Increases Transparency Through Information on Website
It never ceases to amaze me just what people will believe.
"You can now find out all kinds of information about us. We'll even tell you what questions to ask!"
DCF Increases Transparency Through Information on WebsiteThis, my friends, is what we call bullshit in it's purest and simplistic form. This is not how they become more transparent. This is how they redirect the attention of the simple minded sheep who still believe that these people actually protect children from abuse and neglect until they actually experience the sensation of a social worker crawling up their ass. At which point they usually come to terms with reality. Which I remember was a very shocking revelation, but that was a long time ago.
The Florida Department of Children and Families gets many questions every day related to the services provided to help all Floridians enjoy a better future.

The Department, through a partnership with the University of South Florida, has created the Center for Child Welfare online at http://centerforchildwelfare.fmhi.usf.edu/kb/PerfData/Forms/AllItems.aspxI have a few questions that they should put out there. Like: How do you people sleep at night, pulling their little power trips, perjuring themselves in court so they can steal children and playing the heroes when they're really nothing but frauds working the government child trafficking ring? Oh, we know that they're all so darn good at child saving that all of these kids come out all screwed up in the end. http://legallykidnapped.blogspot.com/search/label/age%20out
