Denying women who work for Catholic institutions full, free access to birth control is discriminatory
Congress is at it once again. Rather than focusing on job creation, women's reproductive health is at the forefront of discussion, this time specifically addressing preventive care. The recent decision by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to require new insurance plans to cover birth control with no co-pays is being scrutinized by House Republicans.
