INTRODUCTION
I am organizing a national effort to try and end the organized science fraud use of the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory Test 2 (MMPI-2). This is the most commonly used and court ordered mental health test. The problem is that the interpretive structure is rigged to produce false positives. It is a violation of Consumer Protection Law in most States to advertise a service that is false. The MMPI-2 is falsely advertised to be a mental health diagnostic test. Through sophisticated science fraud mechanisms the test results will confirm that anyone taking the test has mental health problems. There is no set of responses you can give that would indicate you have no psychological problems. If you have taken the MMPI-2 test by choice or court order, you have the right to file a deceptive trade practices consumer fraud complaint.
The goal of this project is to have at least 20,000 MMPI-2 deceptive trade practices consumer fraud complaints filed by residents in each of the 50 states and a total of 1,000,000 complaints from across the United States filed with Attorneys General of Texas and Minnesota. The corporate headquarters for MMPI-2 testing is in Texas. Intellectual property rights for the MMPI-2 are owned by the Board of Regents of The University of Minnesota.
I will try to provide simple instructions for achieving the 20,000 complaints goal in each State and the 1,000,000 complaints in Texas and Minnesota.
All complaints made by telephone or email should be followed up with a written letter or State Consumer Complaint Form. Some States have a consumer complaint form that must be completed and filed. Whatever the respective process is for your State, you need to complete it immediately.
Perhaps the fastest way to access the contact information and website links for all Attorneys General you will need to contact is to access the National Association of Attorneys General list of current Attorneys General at:
http://www.naag.org/current-attorneys-general.php
INSTRUCTIONS TO FILE THE COMPLAINTS
Using either the link on the National Association of Attorneys General website above or through your State Government website, open a link to the Attorney General’s web page and find the instructions for filing a consumer complaint.
Following the instructions, report you have discovered you are a victim of deceptive trade practices fraud as a result of taking the MMPI-2. Provide the details of the consequences of MMPI-2 test results for your circumstances. Indicate that you became aware of being a victim of organized science fraud after finding the Congressional Evidence Book Compendium of Documentation of Organized Crime Methods and Procedures Integrated into State and Federal Agencies for the Purpose of Political and Economic Exploitation of Children and Families Through State and Federal Child Protection, Mental Health, and Social Work Systems currently located at http://www.thesociologycenter.com/EvidenceBooks/COMPENDIUM.pdf. Specifically refer to the Science Fraud Section of the book as containing proof of the MMPI-2 science fraud you have been victimized by.
[IMPORTANT NOTE: You should either download this file or open it in Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader and save a copy to your computer to use in filing a complaint. An effort is currently underway to force removal of this evidence of organized science fraud and organized crime from the internet to protect the criminals. Once it is gone you will not find this information anywhere else. You probably have hours to act. IT IS USE IT OR LOSE IT TIME FOR THIS INFORMATION!]
When filing your complaint include a link to the Congressional Evidence Book and when filing a written letter or State Consumer Complaint Form, include a disk containing a copy of the file or a printed copy.
You should also consider filing a complaint directly with the University of Minnesota Board of Regents who are the intellectual property right owners for the MMPI-2. I have requested authorization from the University of Minnesota Board of Regents to keep the science fraud analysis posted on the internet. You may want to support my request if you contact them. These are basically corporate executive types who only see the annual financial report of the income generated by ownership and licensing the MMPI-2. They are most likely uninformed of the horrific consequences caused by the junk science they own. The current licensee for exclusive use of the MMPI-2 in the United States is:
Pearson PsychCorp
19500 Bulverde Rd.
San Antonio, TX, 78259-3701
Phone: 800.627.7271
Fax: 800.232.1223
ClinicalCustomerSupport@Pearson.com
Report the Pearson PsychCorp licensee information in your complaint, especially when filing the complaint with the Texas Attorney General.
To expedite filing the nation wide complaints in Texas and Minnesota, I have included their contact information below.
