State demands $473,000 for children’s services debt

The Ohio Attorney General’s office certainly talked tough in a letter to the Morgan County Department of Jobs and Family Services (JFS) which demands payment of $473,363. The debt is for money from the Ohio JFS spent in this county for children placed in foster care or residential treatment from the late 1990s until 2007.
