Police find dead foster child in southwest Bakersfield
Police are investigating the death of a 3-year-old girl found inside a home in southwest Bakersfield. Detectives were called Sunday morning to the residence in the 5900 block of Summer Country Drive. Inside the living room they found the girl had died. Investigators say she had head trauma and bruising.
