Biological families are accused of much less a in the kidnapping of their children. TV advertisement's for foster care make me sick. They state "You don't have to be perfect to be a foster parent." Then why do biological parent's have to be perfect? CPS/DCYF have become the pick and choose agency for our children. If they don't like you, they steal your child and give the child to someone they like. Someone who kisses their fat a--es!
As you know, I'm no friend of foster parents who are conducting a business, however, this story is a crock.

If this dis qualify's a person from foster parenting, then there are a ton of foster parents who need to have their licenses yanked.
The DA is grandstanding on the kids grave.
