My daughter is 6 and has immune issues due to my illness during her birth. She misses alot of school but has doctors notes for each absent My ex is furious due to an order to pay support,he took me to court and won custody.I fought with all I had The judge made his decision based solely on hear say I had all the information I needed to prove this case was my exs attempt at his way out of support ,I got nothing .My 6 year old has accused my exs step daughter of molesting her and I tried Child services police with no results .They seem to think because the offender is a 12 old girl that it borders child curiosity.I share joint custody with my ex and he must sign a paper allowing my daughter counceling and of course will not .What do I do .I cant find help.
