Once more I have to read the horror story of children who have allegedly been abused in a foster home and the failure of Oregon's Department of Human Services to protect the children in their care.
I wonder if the Foster Carer, would do the job, if she was getting the same amount of money as a kin carer, such as Grandparents, i doubt it very much. They are all laughing all the way to the bank, the same reward,should be given to Kin carers. Alison Stevens Parents Against Injustice.,
