Twenty-five years ago, close to 50 people were arrested in Kern County in a child molestation ring. Scores were convicted in high-profile trials, and dozens got prison sentences of more than 50 years. Some were sentenced to hundreds of years. Then, everything changed.

But when they turned 18, the children no longer were under the control of the county. One by one, they began to tell the same story: That they never had been molested, that overzelous sheriff's deputies, Child Protective Services workers and prosecutors had persuaded them to testify to things that weren't true.
Another Cleveland, which happened in 1985, dozens of Young Children, were wrongly taken into Care, after Paediatrician, Marietta Higgs,gave out conflicting Medical Evidence,stating that many of these Children,had been sexually Abused.

The Government, at the time, instigated a Public Inquiry, chaired by Dame Butler-Sloss.
The fall out from this experiance, still burdens, individuals today, even though in some cases, Fathers were acquitted, by the Criminal Court, Social Services,left Children, to live with their Mothers, while Fathers, were made to move out of the Family home, creating Parental alienation, and if the individual, went anywhere near to the home environment, the Local Authority, threatened to take Children into Care, on a Place of safety Order.
This left Families in Limbo,and its affects are sill being seen today.

Its an Adoption Business! The Workers get Federal Bonus Money (ASFA)Rollin into the State for Terminating the Parents!

Each Child Brings in Hundreds of Dollars a year! They continue to this day to with hold evidence, fabricate, and Manufacture Evidence in court. 75% of all Abuse Cases where and are Manufactured and as the Economy get worse there numbers must rise each year they have to double there Adoptions.
It only takes a Call (a Lead for the Merchandise) Weather your innocent or not is irrelevant! For if that workers numbers are down and your child is a truly WEll KEPT CHILD then the state will take that child cause that means the child will adopt sooner. For each child taken into the Foster Care System the same thing Federal Dollars will role in for every child that is on 6 meds or more even at 3 years old they will start the Evaluation Process of the Children.
The local low income mental clinics are loving the over flow of the Foster Care children entering there clinic each year! And as a curtacy the Mental Health Clinics will offer to help CPS by Giving the Mothers coming in, required by CPS, to Take Evals, the Low GAF Scores Needed to Terminate the Mother on Mental Illness! Meaning the Low income Clinics will do what ever they have to to help CPS to win there case ,on Terminating a Mother on Mental Illness! For the Adoption cant take place until the mother is terminated. And After all, what a better way to show CPS how much they apresheate There Business of all those Foster CHildren!
So you see all are involved in this wonderful scam. Even the State Psychologist they help seal the deal in also helping CPS Terminate the Mother on Mental Instability! You See for those mothers with no Charges that is how it has to bee done!
To terminated a mother who is innocent CPS must Manufacture evidence and order up the Psych Evals. Now another thing, that is required, like in this Documentary, is to have the Foster Parents lie, in return the Foster Parents will benefit from the wonderfull money flow coming into the home.
Foster Parents are Hired from CPS and are required to follow CPS Rules and Instructions or they will be cut off or shut down. If that Happens the Foster Parents will not be able to Adopt in there State!. Another Technique is to have the children Lie against Parents. And Finally they will try to turn the Whiteness to the Prosecution Side
How do I know this cause I am one of the Victims of CPS. Oh by the Way make sure to put a U.S. Freight GPS Tracking Device in your car, if you're being under investigation, cause, CPS Child and Protective Services is known to say that you are stalking some of the Workers & that your are Going to their home! The GPS system will be help in court if they describe your car. And by the way any thing in CIVIAL COURT SAID BY CPS IS Always True In Court as Well as Any of their Expert Witnesses’. Oh and there allibies never have to proove a thing!
Oh and One Moore bit of advice dont think You are going to sue for neglect out o CIVIAL COURT cause they all have IMMUNITY! I will lose my child next month on March 29th they have done all this stuff to me so believe me I know!
