Social services 'are facing staff crisis'
Social service departments across England are suffering from such severe staff shortages that they are struggling to meet the needs of service users, according to the Conservatives. Figures obtained under the Freedom of Information Act show that one in seven social worker posts are vacant and the Tories claim services are suffering from excessive bureaucracy, low morale and caseloads that are difficult to manage.
Note: Attn Social Services: You are experiencing this problem because you suck to work for and the people don't like you.
