The inquiry has heard testimony from former Children's Aid Society wards that they were allegedly sexually abused at the time by caseworkers and foster parents.
The people at this agency knew full well what was going on in the foster homes!,, I know for a fact that they had knowledge of the abuse and did everything to cover it up!
