go to www.grandparentsforchildren.org and check out the laws of your state to make sure that you have grandparent's rights. This is so sad that CPS has to do this to families. It is what is call "legal baby stealing" What a horrible thing for them to do to a family and the child and who decides what is "in the best interests" of the child? In who's opinion? I wonder how the cps worker would feel if you told them that you thought it was NOT in their grandchilds "best interest" to have visits with them? That would be your opinion. Is there a book of "In the best interests" somewhere that we can read and understand ? It is a crock and they know it! LEGAL BABY STEALING FOR FEDERAL MONEY!!
