With Social Services crumbling at the seams, Family Courts in meltdown & large increases in Care Proceedings since the death of baby Peter, Social Workers will have a much larger caseload, because of the above legislation; more vulnerable children will fall through the net.
Big Brother and the nanny state going crazy, who is going to pay for these Health and Safety checks, you and me the taxpayers.
This Government should put its own house in order, with reference to their expenses, which was dam right fraud.

Health and safety Officers have started to inspect the houses of Family's who have dealings with Social Services, this is happening to one of the Family's that PAIN are dealing with within the West Midlands.

The Case is within the Family Courts this week, Social Workers keep putting more and more things, into the working agreement.
Mum was at the Local Hospital,one of the Children was found to be suffering from a skin condition today, linked with Chicken Pox.

The Judge was complaining she was not in Court, if she had not taken the Child to the GP,or Hospital, they world of said that it was neglect.
