The Judge said Social Services were not to be blamed, in this case, but several agencies considered the Child to be at risk,
Multi agency failures is the name, utter incompetence, the Judge is stating in so many words, that shoddy practice is acceptable.
Yes the blame is down, to the evil Parents,and it is about time this Government debated the death Penalty, for such horrendous crimes.
