Why is it that CPS targets some families while leaving others that really NEED to be removed are left to remain in homes that are horrible? I'll tell you why or at least the reason why I think this happens. CPS wasn't interested because the father was the initiator of the complaint and would be the one most likely to gain custody of his children, therefore CPS would not make a dime off of the case. They are so corrupt and they fail children on every single level. We need to take away the financial incentives to remove children and then maybe CPS workers will actually do their jobs.
