Bronx foster mom Melba Haynes 'too old' to adopt kids
72-year-old Bronx foster mom Melba Haynes has been deemed 'too old' to adopt the 4- and 2-year-old sisters who have been living with her since they were babies. A judge ruled that the girls must move to another home within two weeks.
