South San Francisco foster mom faces abuse charges
The South San Francisco foster mom who is accused of soaking a 20-month-old baby’s diaper in bleach two years ago, badly burning the little girl, is set to be arraigned today on two child abuse charges brought last month through a grand jury indictment.
