CPS to give update on case of kidnapped Texas boy
A judge is scheduled to get an update on the case of a Houston boy found in March after being kidnapped as an infant eight years ago.
Note: Not ready to know who his parents are? But it's okay to bounce him through the foster care system? Do you see anything wrong with this scenario?
