Denver Human Services appeal wrongful-death lawsuit in Grafner's death

Attorneys argued Wednesday that two Denver County child-protection workers were not legally responsible for 7-year-old Chandler Grafner's care after he was placed in the home where he would eventually starve to death.

  1. Attorneys argue the department is responsible, the department argues the social workers are responsible for this little boy's starvation and dehydration death while in care.

Will all officers of the court be held responsible eventually?

"..U.S. District judge's December ruling that while county human-services departments enjoy immunity, the lawsuit against the [social workers] can proceed".

"departments enjoy immunity" ENJOY?!? YOU got that right!! Their paychecks, mortgages, pensions, autos, and state of the art computer architectures targeting natural parents. While children die!
