A woman who had an affair with her Batshaw Youth and Family Centres social worker while her young son was in protection — and became pregnant — is suing the organization and the alleged father for half a million dollars.

Batshaw Youth & Family Centers is being sued for $500,000.00 - this by a BATSHAW USER who was allegedly PREYED UPON by her 18 month old son's SOCIAL WORKER.
After being ordered by the Montreal Youth Court - this to provide AID, ASSISTANCE & COUNSELING to a desperate and heartbroken Mother of a newborn baby - BATSHAW DID JUST THAT: The child's social worker stalked the mother, went to her home
, sat on her bed and using his "position of authority/ absolute control over her and her entire family/ all the professional skills he's learned after years of PROTECTING CHILDREN" proceeded to have "intercourse/sex with the shaken up Batshaw client / the apprehended infant's Mother".
Then once caught..... and "Straight out of a BATSHAW MOVIE"..... and completely incomprehensible - the "Super Duper BATSHAW LEGAL TEAM / LEGAL EXPERTS" .... then had the lack of sense - this to actually present a Motion to the Superior Court of Quebec (placing the AGENCY in an even more vulnerable position), ASKING THE JUDGE TO THROW THE CASE OUT - "Claiming that Batshaw [the employer of the social worker at the time of the alleged incident] wasn't responsible for the Social Workers conduct". WOW! NO WONDER THIS AGENCY IS IN SUCH RUINS! .... what are they smoking over there?
