POLICE: Mom, felon abduct 2 kids in state care
West Palm Beach Police are searching for an entire family that's been missing for two weeks.
The Florida Department of Children and Families reported 1-year-old Jelaysia Gaines and 4-year-old Shamia Frierson missing. The two were under DCF care following numerous complaints against their mother, 33-year-old Iraetta Frierson. DCF says the mother appears to have taken the children and fled with 41-year-old felon Matthew Lowe in Lowe's 2011 black Dodge Charger.
