As an assistant to an attorney who worked on a TPR (termination of parental rights) case, I can say with great confidence that social workers manufacture evidence. Their record keeping is faulty, and they intentionally target poor or uneducated families.
As soon as a family is subjected to SS scrutiny, only the negative is accentuated and siblings are not always kept together. Can you imagine a newborn child being snatched out of the hospital by the county 48 hours after birth? All because an older sibling had health issues and they blamed it on neglect! Well, the parents took the child to the hospital when the child was ill, does that sound neglectful? Yeah, I didn't think so either.
This must be stopped - the power that SS has over people is frightening. Their checklists of how a home must be "child proofed" is ridiculous and their expectations are unrealistic in general.
Have you noticed the absence of stories about shortages of donated organs for transplanting over the past 10 years?
ReplyDeleteJust sayin'
