Lawyer to file appeal on behalf of dying Ontario baby
Windsor lawyer Claudio Martini has been retained by the family of baby Joseph Maraachli and is preparing an appeal of the London, Ont. Superior Court decision to allow the hospital to remove the child's breathing tube to the Ontario Court of Appeal in Toronto.
