My children were taken September 21, 2006. I lived in Hamilton, Ohio at the time (Butler County). I only had 4 children at the time. I never abused my children nor neglected them.

Within the time that my children were taken there was a little boy who was killed by his foster parents his name was Marcus Fiesel. After he was killed there was 40 kids taken from their parents in Butler County maybe even more, 4 of those children mine. The bullshit stories they gave me for taking my children were crazy. I got 3 of my children back after 2 yrs. of classes for stuff I did not need to take classes for.

The courts gave my oldest dad custody of him after 7 and a half yrs. of never wanting to be in his life and not wanting anything to do with him!! Now his father and step-mother has brainwashed him. He says I am not his mother I am some other woman. His step mother has filed numerous false charges on me and my husband. I have spent time in jail because of that sorry excuse for a human being. I had to pay a big bond to get out. When I got out I proved that i didn't do it 2 months later in court. The only reason I had to sit in jail is because it was considered a probation violation.

The only reason I am on probation is because my ex husband pinned some charges on me so he wouldn't go to prison. He only did 6 months in a halfway house when he was originally charged with 5 felonies. This woman is psycho she has now got a restraining order on me to stay away from my son and her. She lied and said I beat my son and didn't feed him all weekend while he was at my house for a visit.

The children services where they live in Clinton County investigated it. They saw no marks on my son which she claimed was there. And my son said he did eat while he was there. Now my other 3 children were taken again in June 2009. The bullshit this woman has caused helped with their decision to take them again. Also we had moved into a house that had bed bugs and we did not know it. They said that it was a disgusting environment. Because my children were taken for a 2nd time they filed for permanent custody.

Well in February of 2010 I had to sign my rights away to my babies that I loved with all my heart. The holidays and their birthdays are so hard... While I was in the process of trying to get my children back I had become pregnant again.. was not trying to. Well after they closed my case they sent the county i do live in now out to check on my house. This county came out and said there is no reason to be here. There is electric running water food in the house and my child don't want for nothing.

And surprise when they came to my house I was pregnant again unplanned also. Anyway for anybody who wants to even consider moving to Butler County Ohio and has children DO NOT DO IT!!!! I can not say what county I am in now because my oldest son step mom will find me and harass me again..
