CPS in Brown County,WI is bad news.They took my children in an emergency ex-parte on Jan 29th,2004 and awarded the abuser sole custody in divorce proceeding and the judge knew of all the evidence of the sexual assault on all three young girls.This story is a huge cover up of failure to protect!!!! I will be posting the whole story on my facebook page as soon as time allows. thank you,
