The Idaho Department Of Health and Welfare (DHW) has issued a new checklist that tells social workers how they should investigate homeschool families accused of educational neglect.
Another instance of state abuse: using investigator who aren't investigators trained and licensed to investigate stuff outside their realm of training. Just take it away from them and use police for truancy.
